  A very good example of a very bad travel agency! My wife and I hired this agency to organise a travel to USA. A joke! We payed an unexpected AUD$600.00 for extra baggage weight at the Qantas check-in desk prior to departure! Indeed, the baggage allowance was much lower than what the agency had told us. During our booking process, they informed us that we could take 60kg per person (2x30kg) where the limit is actually 48kg per person (AUD$75). Moreover, we discovered that the three special luggage items we requested to add in our booking had not been included. We paid $575 for this second mistake.

  We are leaving today on a long holiday, I was very overwhelmed at the thought of organizing this trip but Amy and the rest of the team were fantastic. They have loaded our whole itinerary on to this awesome app they have made so we are not drowning in paper. (We have a paper one also but the app is excellent) The app has maps, your itinerary, guides and pictures of your important docs all available to you off line. You can even send messages back to Lifestyle travel if you need to clarify things. Every thing has been well researched and planned and we are so excited to see all the wonderful places we are going to visit. I highly recommend Lifestyle. Everything has been taken care off. Yay!
