  So I call and get called ma'am. I point out that I am male and he said "yes I am aware I said what do you want buddy" I said "no, you called me ma'am" I explain that I record all phone calls and STILL he didn't want to hear about it. I find this insulting then to rub salt in it, to lie about it afterwards.

  Eureka is a Ballarat institution. I've been enjoying their pizza for over 30 years. It is a great place to take family for dinner or even just grab a take away - the quality of food is superb and the staff are always friendly and helpful

  The meals are a okay, the pizza sometimes comes out overcooked or undercooked, I also had the unfortunate pleasure of eating the chicken and mushroom pasta, the chicken was still raw inside some of the pieces but the pasta was good, unfortunately I was down with food poisoning shortly afterward, there coffee is very satisfying though I must say, and the staff are very friendly toward their customers, I was able to catch a small glimpse of the kitchen out the back when the doors opened and I saw an elderly man smoking in the kitchen, this is a health hazard! After seeing this I have not returned
