I sold my property in 48 hours for the top estimate, which was 70k above other agents valuations. Pete Burley and staff are totally helpful and professional. I wouldn't consider any other agency in Ballarat.

buyer Beware ! booked 3 inspections to purchase a property. agent didn't tell tenants. So no inspections. I gave 3 days notice and they wasted my time.

Don't sell through these guys. Have been calling about a place they just listed in order book an inspection. Turns out they already have a buyer in mind - rather than having extra competition potentially getting a better result for the buyer they're just choosing who can view and make an offer. This is actually the second time they've done this to me. Not impressed. Please stop listing with them if you actually want multiple buyers to make bids and push the price up!
