    Tried to set up childcare rebate over the phone. Voice recognition could not recognise what I was asking for so automatically hung up on me!

    Been on the ph to them for 3hrs and still on hold at 5.34 pm even when 1 of the ph people dont know why they hav booked me app when i hav already been to my appointment and excempted for 6mths from lookin for work cause i hav a letter and dr certificate from my dr and handed it into centrelink

    People standing chatting & walking round with coffees-meanwhile I'm probably getting a parking ticket. Very very poor service

    Absolutely disgusting - came to put in a Medicare claim form because the online system wasn't working & still sitting here an hour later because "I have to see someone"
