    Bad communication. Half an hour late and didn't get time to service or look at hot water system. Then couldn't get another appointment until next week.

    Waited 1&1/2hours..rang to be told I wasn't home and my blinds were down and they left a card.. well I dont have blinds out the front and there was no card in my door...shame cause I'm reavating and had a lot of jobs for them...poor communication to there team..
