  Recently I came into the store looking for a 21st gift for a friend. I found the staff member very friendly and approachable. She gave great advise as well as showed me a range of variety so that I could find the perfect gift as I was stuck on an idea! Thank you Ruby for being so friendly and helpful!

  Sara was a polite lady who demonstrated her understanding of the products I was looking for. I was looking for a necklace for my grandmothers birthday. She took an interest in what I needed to say and gave my a range of options. It was very easy.

  I went shopping last week for a birthday present at Thomas Jewellers and was served by a lovely sales lady (I think her name was Lisa). She went to no end of trouble for me. That kind of service is very rare these days. I will definitely go back again.

  I am an old customer and always have always loved the service. What has particularly impressed me of late is the desire to pass on knowledge in particular products to the customer. I recently went in to buy my husband a diving watch. Julie not only knows about the workings of her watches, but has a great understanding of what might be useful to the wearer in different situations. Well done Julie, the present was such a success. My husbands eyes just gleamed.

  The head office accounts officer Sharon is a nasty woman. Very difficult and have the worst service. Never going to deal with Thomas again.
