    I don't have a problem with the store and their products, my problem is with their customer service which was very rude. Walked in there the other day waited for 10 mins and was not greeted at all by anyone. Then a Lady walked in after me and she was greeted by the staffs straightaway. I used to love this place but I just felt so bad last time I was there

    The staff are so friendly & helpful. I took my old glasses in to get fixed, they repaired them free of charge & even gave me a case. Will defiantly be my regular place for anything glasses. :-)

    Awesome service. I had no idea what I was doing but ended up having glasses that actually suit me.

    Had glasses from here twelve months ago, two pairs. All I can say is never again. Kevin Paisley Fashion Eye wear for me in future. Sorry spec savers. Your staff need to brush up on their manners and their customer service. :(
