  Huge range of everything, good prices and seriously friendly and knowledgeable staff. Bunnings Ballarat response to the arrival of the now defunct Masters chain in town was not just to lift their game.... they set the bar so high that they redefined their space. Quite honestly one of the best hardware stores I have ever visited

  There is a huge range of things for the home/garden, and the staff are always happy to assist in any way they can. Their caferetia is a good place to take a break and on week-ends there's usually a fund-raising sausage/hamburger stall outside the main entrance.

  Staff are generally helpful but the reason I give this store 1 star is because of the untidiness of the entire warehouse! I understand when it's busy it can be hard to move up and down isles freely but dodging people wasn't the problem. Boxes, ladders, stock and electric lifts blocking the isles everywhere. Stock wasn't matched up on shelves according to the prices labels meaning hunting for the price or trying to find someone to help and moving up and down isles with a trolley is a nightmare. Come on guys, tidy your store up. It's things like that which will drive customers away.

  Worst bunnings I have ever been to. Couldn't find help on products. Couldn't find staff to assist me loading a vehicle. Staff were not knowledgeable about their products. Staff were very slow at serving. Usually enjoy my bunnings experience. Not this one.
