  I recently attended Dr. Virginia Williams Dental Practice with a painful tooth. I was fitted in promptly and the treatment I received was efficient and painless. My problem was resolved. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Practice to anyone seeking a professional, happy and friendly dental environment.

  This woman is the worst dentist I have been to. She extracted a tooth knowing there was an abscess present, without treating it first and without telling me I had it. She told me after the extraction was completed. Apparently, the presence of an abscess reduces the effectiveness of local anaesthetic and therefore, despite 18 injections, I felt the entire extraction. It went on for a very long time and the nurse was holding my head in a vice-like grip the whole time. Virginia left the room several times to consult with other dentists because she didn't know what to do. During the entire procedure, I found her manner flippant to say the least. She and the nurse mostly discussed what they'd been doing on the weekend and the rest of the time, she spent talking about her children. At no point did I feel she was concerned about my condition. To say I was distraught doesn't begin to describe what I went through. The pain was unbelievable.

  I was there last week the staff were very proffesional and Dr Virginia Williams could not be more helpful with the pain I was having at the time. She gave me options and explained them very clearly and I would reccomend her to my family and friends.

  Subsequent x-rays taken by another dentist showed that she had in fact, left several pieces in the gum and therefore, it wouldn't heal properly. I had to visit an oral surgeon and the gum took 4 years to heal and harden properly; presumably when the shards of remaining tooth eventually worked their way out. During those years, I was unable to eat on that side due to the tenderness of the gum.

  Dr Virginia Williams and her team of dedicated professionals have been our family dentist for a while now, our 4 year old daughter loves visiting and we couldn't be happier with the level of service, advice and support!
