    Great selection of books, however staff were very slow to serve at the register staff on phone called for another member to come and serve took quite some time.

    We are in an era of digital medias. Bookstore is dying one by one everyday due to highly competitive world of Internet. For me, walking around in a bookstore, like Collins Booksellers Ballarat, is a joy. A real physical book lift me up mentally which I couldn't get this feeling from a digital print. Come and have a look yourself and get back to read some good books during your spare time as we did when we were young.

    A big city bookstore out of the big city. I picked up a copy of "The Rising" by I. Tregillis while i was there. They have a lot of kids and young adult books.

    Stocking only a couple popular books of each genre might be the only business model that works here, but the lack of a variety is such a let down.

    Great range of books and merchandise but you pay more than say buying the same book at Big W etc
