    A group of us had been waiting in line for over an hour ,after chatting together we found out one lady had driven 8 1/2 hours from N.S.W. . She had been promised books would be ready (27/01/16).When she asked, politely "How long it will to take for them to be ready?" She was spoken to in the rudest of tones by Jackie. The lady rushed out of the store, I could see she was crying. It would have been obvious by the book list that this lady had driven a long way but instead of a bit of compassion, it was the nastiest reply. This is sort of thing that should go straight to the courier , didn't see any family friendly actions toady!

    Ballarat books is one of my favourite stores in Ballarat. Price are reasonable and copies are definitely worthwhile. They have a good variety collection and great service. Staff are more than happy to order something in for you if can not be found on shelves.
