  Firstly, having finally found an activity that is just so much fun, but secondly such a great workout for your body and mind at a middle age. It`s so important to find the "right" bike that suits the riding style of the rider. With so many products on the market today, that simply choosing a bike can leave the rider feeling either "very satisfied" or feeling that they may have possibly "rushed in" to their choice. This where i have personally found that the Team at cyclescape have more than understood the need to "get this right". They ask all the right questions, that are not just for where the rider is right now, but where the rider may be in the future. The fact that a team member even engaged in a ride on the trails with me, to help develop my personal riding style, shows "real" commitment to the customer,that lets me know that this just so much more than riding a mountain bike. This is an "amazing" local bike store that is just so passionate about the "ride" and therefore the sale to the customer. Just so glad that i found a Local bike store that is driven by "passion" for the ride.

  Only just started dealing with these guys and they have been fantastic! They went out of their way to look at my budget bike on the spot after I had stuffed up a gearing adjustment. Not only did they fix it for me to get me through to a service but spent time just explaining a few things about what could be done to fix the bike up a bit. Impressed with their friendliness, helpfulness, time given, more than reasonable charge for their time and their non judgement about the bike. What they seemed most interested in was keeping me on the road. Thanks! Very impressed. That kind of customer service draws you back.

  Clancy took control of a conversion of my lefty to a single speed. The guys kept me in the loop regarding best options (not necessarily most expensive), and the build was fantastic. Will recommend for friendly, professional, personalised service.
