  After eventually picking up the certificate and explaining what had happened I was told "Well why didn't you say it was urgent?". After trying to tell them I'd already been given an expectation when it was dropped off and them insisting that the expectation they set wasn't sufficent for them and they need to know it was urgent?! I left with barely an apology and there was not even a reduction of the cost of the service.

  I took in graduation certificate for a new mat to be cut with an existing frame on an early afternoon. A relatively simple (and quick) job, so I though. When I asked when it should be ready, I was told "it should be today or else tomorrow". After waiting till the next day around 3pm and not hearing anything back I called them only to be told that the person doing the job "had to go to Melbourne urgently" and that it wouldn't be ready till later. So I waited till the next day and dropped in-store around 3pm again, presuming it *had* to be ready this time, right? Wrong! I was told the person doing the job would be in till later in the afternoon/evening. After explaining that this was an urgent job I was offered a "special" service to pick up the job shortly after hours in the evening. Unfortunately for me, I was busy attending a GRADUATION PARTY that this certificate was specifically being framed for.
