  I ended up driving to Melbourne so I didn't miss the plane. Of course I no longer needed the return trip and I asked for a full refund.

  Great driver with a very informative running commentary. Lots of shuttles throughout the day. Unfortunately I had a really bad experience with the next driver. I had a funeral to attend overseas. I arrived with 5 minutes to spare after driving 200 km. As I took my bag out of the car I noticed the bus pulling out and ran and banged on the back of the bus .... It kept going .... I'm 65!!! I went into the station. Where the staff acknowledged I was early but had no number to call the driver.

  I have always found the drivers to be helpful and courteous. The trip is easier than having to deal with traffic and airport parking. The most recent trip, the driver went above and beyond to assist us. The office staff were also friendly and helpful. Thank you.
