I was promied the best service in town and quite frankly, if the staff stopped chatting about their weekend, they may be able to give it! I circled the whole shop 4 times looking for eye drops before having to interrupt the staff to ask for help! No discount to members on hire equipment! Honestly go to chemist warehouse, save your time and money.... Oh and free parking!

ufs staff at this site used to be very nice, now all they want is to be rude and unhelpful.

We go to UFS for all our prescribed medications, home decor & accessories. They're always friendly, helpful & we get a discount with our UFS loyalty card. Great pharmacy. By the way Pamela, UFS on Sturt Street, Ballarat is open 24/7.

Exorbitant prices and forced to pay $10 for a membership to get a cheaper price which is still more expensive than my regular chemist. Then it took three pharmacists nearly half an hour to debate a routine script of four tablets, then I had to remind the cashiers to sign me up for membership which I will throw in the bin as soon as it arrives. Worst pharmacy experience ever.
